About the role Reporting to our Regional Vice President (APAC), the Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities while also growing existing customer relationships across a portfolio of SMB clients. This is a blended role that combines outbound prospecting with account ownership, giving you exposure to the full customer lifecycle from initial engagement through to long-term value creation. You will work with small to medium staffing businesses, helping them understand how Bullhorn can support their growth while identifying opportunities to expand their use of our platform over time. This role has a strong focus on revenue generation, with an emphasis on building pipeline, closing new business, and driving expansion across your customer base. A typical day will include... Building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including calls, emails, and social outreach Engaging prospects to understand their challenges, deliver product demonstrations, and position Bullhorn’s solutions, including AI-driven capabilities, effectively Owning and working towards revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewals Identifying, progressing, and closing opportunities, including commercial discussions and negotiations Managing a portfolio of SMB customers, supporting retention, adoption, and long-term success Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional products, upgrades, and partner solutions Monitoring customer usage and engagement to identify risks and opportunities, while sharing insights internally This role is a fit for you if… You have some experience in sales, customer-facing roles, recruitment, or a similar environment (or a strong desire to move into this space) You enjoy building relationships and are confident engaging with a range of stakeholders You are curious, proactive, and motivated to learn both the commercial and customer success sides of a role You are motivated by achieving commercial targets and building pipeline, while also delivering a strong customer experience You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities You have strong communication skills and can simplify complex ideas for different audiences You have an interest in using AI to improve how you work and are open to learning new tools that enhance productivity and customer engagement What we offer...
