About the Job:
The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by leading consultative, multi-step sales cycles with key decision-makers across our primary verticals. This role requires a strategic approach to outbound prospecting, uncovering customer challenges, and aligning Arcoro’s solutions to deliver measurable business impact.
The AE will manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach and in-depth discovery to tailored solution demonstrations, stakeholder alignment, and contract/pricing negotiations. Success will be measured by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas, along with defined KPIs.
This is a high-touch, sale that often involves multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and integration considerations. The AE will collaborate closely with sales leadership to refine tactics, leverage cross-functional expertise, and ensure deep product knowledge. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Follow up with in a timely manner and qualify leads
  • Contact lead, prospects and partners via phone calls, emails and walk prospects through the Arcoro Sales process which could include conference calls and demos. Deliver effective and professional sales presentations via phone and web technology.
  • Convey product knowledge to potential clients, adhering to company messaging and positioning.
  • Cultivate qualified leads and manage sales process for customers to uncover how Arcoro can solve their problems, then work with customers to define opportunities and convert to customer orders
  • Sells subscriptions and products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions, and walking prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintains and actively updates their forecast on a weekly basis
  • Travel and work at Trade Shows when requested by management to do so.
  • Contributes to team effort by achieving personal sales quotas, assisting, and backfilling when other reps are not out of office, or not available to take a call.
  • Document, track, monitor and update all leads and activities in CRM tool, as required.
  • Commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace.
  • Be on time to work, and cover territory during working/prospecting hours as defined by management.
