REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of social media/digital experience including content development, data analysis and reporting, research and development, influencer marketing, social strategy implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
  • Strong Interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience as a day-to-day client contact.
  • Self-starter with ability to think proactively and work in a team environment.
  • A hunger for new business and basic experience in pitching new opportunities.
  • An ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment.
  • A passion for the industry and self-improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relations with key client and industry contacts, including platform leads and influencer/talent management agencies.
  • Contribute to client projects and always-on deliverables. Deliver to client requirements in full, on time, and within budget.
  • Participate in the development of client social and digital strategies, client campaigns, and ongoing programs.
  • Work with digital studio and creative teams to shape best-in-class creative work for social media channels.
  • Support new business opportunities within the agency, contributing social media and influencer insights.
  • Act as a brand guardian for clients and ensure high work standards are met.
