This is a "Refreshing Req" to lower the slot for Job ID #1446510 from G11 to G10. We have a very strong candidate who has completed all interviews, but she does not meet the experience requirements for a G11 position. Therefore, taking her future potential into account, we would like to proceed with hiring her for a G10 position.
