OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic home care team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential referral sources including home health staff, social workers, case managers and others to drive sales growth within the senior care space. The ideal candidate will possess strong relational skills and a solid understanding of strategic planning and market dynamics. Prior marketing experience is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning processes and market analysis techniques.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new markets and products.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking with home health agencies, nursing & rehabs, hospitals, and hospice agencies in Dallas, Ellis , and Kaufman counties.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for customer relationship management (CRM) to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential referral services through inservices and case conferences.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
