Responsibilities Position Purpose: This role supports the business of the StoneX Group by assisting in the delivery of a comprehensive range of accounting and financial services for the Singapore subsidiary in the Asia Pacific region (APAC). The scope of the role incorporates preparation of journal entries, and daily regulatory reporting requirements. From time to time and as and when necessary, this role may be required to cover similar areas of work for the other APAC entities within the StoneX Group. This role is based in Singapore within the APAC Finance team, supporting the Finance functions of the APAC subsidiaries of the StoneX Group. Primary duties will include: In this role, the applicant will work with a regional team of accountants to support the offices that StoneX has in the region. Responsibilities include Performing daily General Ledger close, daily GL reconciliations, follow-up on trading platform vs GL reconciling differences and clear suspense accounts Preparing regulatory reports to monitor the regulatory capital/solvency ratios. Preparing payments within respective banking systems Updating of cash books and expense claims Assist in the preparation of Quarterly GST/VAT submissions Assist in the preparation of Regulatory submissions Month end GL postings Completion of monthly schedules and supports Proper and systematic filing of documents Other ad hoc finance related matters Qualifications To land this role you will need: At least 2 years’ experience in Finance / Audit Previous experience with regulatory returns is a plus Well versed with Microsoft applications, especially Excel Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication skills Driven individual Applicants must be eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship Working environment: 4 days in office, 1 day remote #LI-Hybrid #LI-KV1
