POSITION SUMMARY:

The Account Executive – Strategic Sales, Business Development & Marketing is responsible for driving incremental business growth by expanding product categories within existing accounts, developing new opportunities, and supporting marketing initiatives that align with company objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, business development, and marketing collaboration to strengthen client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and enhance brand visibility.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 24 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (fashion/apparel industry a plus).
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and familiarity with marketing platforms.

  • Manage and grow assigned accounts by introducing new product categories and driving incremental sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company goals and CEO direction.
  • Partner with internal teams (design, product development, sourcing, and operations) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, longterm client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales, commission, and performance targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that support sales growth and account expansion.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to guide product positioning and promotions.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, trade shows, and client presentations.
  • Contribute to marketing collateral, proposals, and digital content to enhance customer engagement.
