Description

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an agency, marketing, or client-facing role
  • Experience with budget tracking and financial awareness in a client services environment
  • Working knowledge of marketing principles and pharmaceutical industry market dynamics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, agency project tracking tools, and Veeva (including experience with MLR submissions)
    The annual base salary for this position ranges from $55K to $65K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a client contact for tactical projects, ensuring clear communication and deliverable alignment. Facilitate client reviews, approvals, and MLR submissions in Veeva
  • Relay client feedback to the internal team and partner with them to ensure deliverables meet expectations. Track project finances and timelines to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
  • Support project management with the development of timelines and project routing via project management software
  • Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, creating agendas, capturing key takeaways, and developing contact reports
  • Develop internal and external communications
  • Collaborate with partners, creative team, vendors, and other third-partie
