Position: Business Development Account Executive
As the key member of Arch outbound sales, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with relevant leads, driving sales growth, and representing our brand in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the housing, corporate relocation, or apartment industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively, build rapport, and convey information clearly.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Flexibility to travel locally and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and target key contacts for potential customers including but not limited to realtors, corporations, employee relocation teams, health centers, and professional groups.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new lead generators.
Regularly communicate with leads to understand the needs, address any concerns, and provide exceptional customer service for partners, leads, and end customers.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Actively pursue new sales opportunities and business development initiatives.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
Possess a deep understanding of the corporate housing industry and Arch’s product and offering within the marketplace.
Present promotional materials to customers and partners in a professional and engaging manner.
Market Analysis and Feedback:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Gather information about and leads in corporate relocation and relocated positions.
Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market analysis and customer feedback.
Order Management and Logistics:
Coordinate order fulfillment with the operations team.
