Account Executives are pivotal in expanding Gartner’s footprint within mid-sized organizations. They act as strategic partners to C-level executives, fostering trust-based relationships to understand their critical priorities and uncover opportunities to deliver client value. These executives manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and ensure a seamless transition to account management teams.
Our Account Executives are committed to building long-term, value-add relationships with clients, driving client satisfaction and account growth. While focused on results, they collaborate closely with account management teams to ensure an exceptional client experience. They are responsible for a specified territory, engaging clients and prospects to maximize the value of Gartner services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as a strategic partner with C-level and senior executives within your assigned territory of mid-sized organizations.
  • Manage and renew member research contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop new business alongside existing accounts, overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Retain current clients while working to increase their satisfaction and account growth.
  • Leverage world-class training and mentoring programs to track your performance and exceed your goals.
  • Maintain quota responsibility within your territory.
