The Opportunity: As an Account Executive at TechSee, you will be a founding member of our next phase of North American expansion. This isn't a role for someone looking to manage a steady state but it’s for a high-energy hunter who thrives on winning new logos in the Fortune 2000. Key Responsibilities: Own the Full Sales Cycle: Drive revenue by aggressively prospecting and closing new business within the Fortune 2000. Generate Independent Pipeline: Take command of your territory by identifying, qualifying, and capturing new opportunities through a mix of self-sourced outreach and strategic partner collaboration. Orchestrate Complex Deals: Lead sophisticated negotiations with C-level stakeholders, navigating procurement and legal to close six and seven-figure deals. Champion Value-Based Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery to translate TechSee’s AI capabilities into clear business outcomes (e.g., cost reduction, improved FCR, and digital transformation). Partner Ecosystem Expansion: Work hand-in-hand with our strategic partners (like Salesforce and Telco providers) to co-sell and accelerate deal velocity. Master the Stack: Maintain expert-level knowledge of the AI/CX competitive landscape and execute a disciplined sales process using the MEDDPICC methodology. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their processes, requirements, and challenges. Qualifications 5+ years of elite SaaS sales experience: Proven track record of selling complex solutions into Fortune 2000 organizations. The "Hunter" Track Record: Demonstrable history of consistently exceeding individual quotas (top 10% of the team) and winning "New Logo" business. Methodology Mastery: Deep experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or similar structured enterprise sales methodologies. Independent Pipeline Builder: Proven ability to self-source and qualify leads Domain Expertise: Experience in Contact Center, Customer Experience (CX), or Field Service markets is highly preferred. AI/Digital Native: A strong interest in or experience selling ML/AI or AR solutions. You can translate complex "Multi-Sensory AI" into a clear business case for non-technical executives. Partner Leverage: Experience working with strategic partners (e.g., Salesforce, Global SIs, or Telcos) to co-sell and accelerate deal velocity. Strategic Navigator: Skilled at mapping complex organizations, identifying "Champions," and navigating Procurement and Legal to get deals across the finish line. Communication: Exceptional executive presence; comfortable pitching to C-Level stakeholders at global enterprises. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required. Why Join TechSee?
