The Role We're looking for an Account Executive to drive new business in the Bay Area and beyond. You'll sell across our full product suite — voice, messaging, numbers, SIP trunking, and our rapidly growing Voice AI solutions that are helping companies build intelligent, human-like experiences. This is a consultative, technical, and high-impact role. You'll work closely with engineering-led buyers, demo real products, and close deals that actually matter. Hybrid role out of our San Francisco office — we believe in IRL collaboration and you'll be a regular face at Bay Area tech events, meetups, and the community gatherings we host. Telnyx throws a lot of events. You should want to be there. What You'll Do Hunt and close new business — enterprise and growth-stage companies building on communications infrastructure Run consultative sales cycles with technical stakeholders (product, engineering, ops) Demo our platform: programmable voice, SMS, SIP trunking, and Voice AI capabilities Partner with Sales Engineering to architect solutions that actually solve customer problems Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and your own network Represent Telnyx at community events, AI meetups, demo days, and industry conferences Provide sharp forecasting and own your numbers Feed insights back to product — you're the voice of the market What You Bring 3+ years of B2B SaaS or platform sales experience — bonus if it's technical/developer-focused You're a hunter — comfortable building pipeline from scratch, not just working inbound Strong technical curiosity — you can talk APIs, infrastructure, and integrations without breaking a sweat Exceptional communicator — clear, concise, zero fluff Comfortable selling to technical buyers and executives alike Based in SF or willing to be — this is a hybrid role and community presence matters Genuinely interested in communications technology and where AI is taking it Bonus Points Telecom, CPaaS, AI, UCaaS, or CCaaS experience (Twilio, Vonage, Bandwidth, etc.) Sold into contact centers, CX, or developer platforms Existing relationships in the Bay Area tech ecosystem Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies You've attended or spoken at local tech events, AI meetups, or developer conferences Why Telnyx Real tech — we own our network and build our stack in-house Profitable & independent — no runway anxiety, no layoff cycles Voice AI momentum — one of our fastest-growing areas, and you'll be part of that wave Community-first — we host events, sponsor meetups, and show up where builders are #LI-RH1
