Responsibilities
  • Asset management, tracking and delivery including ticketing and at-match experiences
  • Management of the client database and allocation of tickets via the ticketing system.
  • Seamless delivery of the ticketing programme via liaison with our key clients.
  • Management of third-party suppliers
  • Working with colleagues/offices from across the globe
  • Support weekly status meetings and client liaison, creating agendas, recaps, and project updates
  • Meeting and workshop coordination
  • Reporting – pre, during and post activities
