About the role The Account Executive at PureFacts is a direct quota carrying sales role focused on new business and driving recurring and non-recurring revenue in accordance with the PureFacts market solution strategy. What you'll do Secure new clients and generate revenue. Own the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive engagement and interest. Collaborate with sales engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations that address client needs. Build and manage pipeline by qualifying inbound leads, developing outbound strategies, and conducting market research. Submit weekly forecast to leadership. Coordinate internal and external teams to align stakeholders and ensure deals progress efficiently. Support & coordinate business needs analyses (BNAs) to scope solutions and accelerate the sales process Create and execute a strategic territory plan. Represent PureFacts at meetings, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and drive sales opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM data to ensure pipeline visibility and alignment across teams. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to position PureFacts as a thought leader. Qualifications 5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in FinTech or Enterprise B2B environments Expertise in value-based selling and managing complex sales cycles. Strong understanding of wealth/asset management industries. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams. Results-driven, adaptable, and proactive with a 'hunter' mentality. Measurements of Success: Quota achievement Pipeline health: Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline Account strategy: Approach accounts holistically and gear towards senior decision makers Forecast accuracy: Submit weekly pipeline reports accurately and timely Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and OKRs that are set by the business
