TouchBistro is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our Sales team. This role is built for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, own their number, and consistently deliver results.
As an Account Executive, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle. You will build pipeline through outbound prospecting, convert inbound leads into customers, and close deals with restaurateurs across North America and beyond. You will be selling our award-winning, iPad-based Restaurant Management Solution, helping hospitality entrepreneurs streamline operations, grow their businesses, and succeed in one of the toughest industries out there.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects through a balance of outbound outreach and inbound lead conversion
  • Take restaurant owners from first contact to close with confidence, consistency, and urgency
  • Lead compelling discovery calls and demos that connect prospect pain points to real product value
  • Apply structured sales methodology to create urgency, drive consensus, and close business
  • Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, forecast accurately, and consistently hit or exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and long-term success
