Job Summary:
The Account Executive will be critical in generating new business opportunities. As a part of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored solutions that drive success. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and outbound outreach
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within prospective
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies and solutions
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to help tailor solutions to market needs
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities
  • Lead presentations and proposals to showcase Trellis’ value proposition to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, working closely with legal and finance teams
  • Ensure client satisfaction by facilitating excellent customer service and after-sales support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Proficient in Hubspot CRM
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, Amazon and other marketplaces
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
