What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle - prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals with top-tier hotels and VRs. Build and maintain a strong pipeline - identify new opportunities and turn them into long-lasting partnerships. Tailor solutions - listen closely to hospitality leaders and demonstrate how Triparound’s cutting-edge platform solves their challenges. Represent Triparound on the global stage - attend trade shows, industry events, and network within luxury hospitality circles. Collaborate cross-functionally - partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure what you sell delivers exceptional value. Hit your numbers and celebrate wins - because nothing feels better than smashing your targets. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of sales or business development experience (B2B SaaS or travel tech preferred). A hunter’s mentality: You love chasing new business and closing deals. Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and a data-driven approach to sales. Excellent communication skills in English! Additional languages like Spanish are a plus. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment. Bonus: prior experience in hospitality, travel tech, or a high-growth startup.
