For our Customer Success team, we’re looking for a dedicated, people-first Account Manager to become the trusted partner for our clients. If you love building relationships, solving challenges proactively, and being the go-to person who makes customers feel supported and successful, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Own client relationships - be the primary point of contact for your portfolio of hotels and VRs worldwide. Guide customers to success - support onboarding, train users, and help clients get maximum value from our platform, driving operational excellence. Spot growth opportunities - identify upsell and expansion potential, contributing directly to the company’s growth ambitions. Drive renewals - manage contract renewals ensuring client retention and long-term loyalty in a competitive market. Be proactive, not reactive - anticipate challenges, innovate solutions, and keep customers delighted. Run business reviews - hold regular check-ins to highlight wins and align on future strategic goals. Champion the customer internally - provide feedback to Product and Customer Success teams to innovate and improve continuously. What You’ll Bring 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role. A proactive, consultative mindset - you prevent problems before they arise and inspire confidence. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills - you know how to listen, guide, and empower clients. Analytical mindset - comfortable reading dashboards and reports to understand client performance, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decisions. Experience with a CRM platform. Excellent communication skills in English! Additional languages are a bonus. Experience in hospitality, travel tech, or SaaS highly valued.
