What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inspire and Engage

Your job is all about getting potential clients excited about how GoodHabitz can transform their organizations. Be that visionary leader who sparks a love for continuous learning and drives positive change in the industry.

  • Value-Based Selling

Master the art of showing real value through methods like SPICED and Challenger. Understand client needs deeply and show them how GoodHabitz boosts team performance, develops skills, and makes organizations more agile

  • Client Meetings and Presentations

Whether in person or online, your presentations showcase the coolest stuff GoodHabitz has to offer. Use impactful stories and insights to build strong partnerships based on shared goals and mutual success.

  • Strategic Consultation

Become a trusted advisor, tailoring solutions that fit seamlessly with what clients want. Give them a clear picture of how GoodHabitz can enhance their culture and drive long-term growth.

  • Creativity in Selling

Innovate your sales approach with clever strategies that highlight what makes GoodHabitz special. Offer solutions that go above and beyond, challenge the status quo; setting a new standard for excellence in online learning.

REQUIREMENTS:

You’re not just a deal-closer — you’re a strategic partner, a trusted advisor, and a passionate believer in personal growth. You bring a powerful mix of commercial instinct, strategic thinking, and positive energy to the table.
You’re a natural when it comes to building trust-based relationships and negotiating win-win deals that last. You ask smart questions, dive deep into client needs, and co-create solutions that tackle real L&D challenges. Clients love working with you because you truly understand their world — sometimes even before they do.
You stay focused under pressure, hit your targets, and see challenges as chances to grow. Whether you’re writing, presenting, or in a boardroom, your communication is always sharp and compelling. You think in terms of business outcomes and know how to connect learning solutions to real organizational impact.

AND OF COURSE, YOU BRING THE RIGHT EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consultative roles — ideally in SaaS, EdTech, L&D or HR
  • A passion for learning and helping organizations grow
  • Full professional fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • A structured, proactive way of working — you take ownership and get things done
  • A positive, energetic vibe that fits our culture
  • Based in the Netherlands
