YOUR IMPACT

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our EMEA Employer Sales Team, showcasing Handshake as the premier solution for top brands to recruit emerging talent. You will be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and closing new business. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth while increasing brand awareness among prospective clients across the UK and EMEA.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a consultative or solution-selling environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or business decision-makers.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Knowledge of recruiting marketplaces or HR technology.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales strategies .
  • Experience selling to large organizations (FTSE 250, Fortune 500, or equivalent).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline, identifying and engaging potential clients across mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities, working towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers (Talent Acquisition, HR leaders, and Hiring Managers) to understand their challenges and position Handshake as a valuable solution.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, and Insights) to support client success and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Conduct industry research and stay up to date on emerging talent recruitment trends, sharing insights with prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Craft compelling business cases that highlight ROI and business impact, with support from internal resources where needed.
  • Accurately forecast and report sales performance, ensuring accountability from pipeline generation to deal closure.
