This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid working model. We are looking for an Account Executive to join LinkedIn Marketing Solutions within our Online Sales Organization. In this role, you will manage a large portfolio of advertisers, helping them achieve meaningful marketing outcomes while growing long‑term, sustainable revenue for LinkedIn. You will operate with increasing independence, apply strong judgment in prioritization, and consistently connect LinkedIn’s solutions to customer business objectives using a value‑led, outcomes‑focused approach. What You’ll Do Drive Revenue & Portfolio Growth Own and grow a portfolio of advertisers, consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly revenue targets Identify expansion opportunities through optimization, upsell, and adoption of always‑on, full‑funnel strategies Maintain strong pipeline management and forecast accuracy to deliver predictable results Act as a Trusted Marketing Partner Understand customers’ short‑term business goals and translate them into effective marketing strategies Lead value‑based conversations that focus on outcomes, not just products Use insights and performance signals to proactively identify risk, opportunity, and next best actions Apply Optimization & Solution Expertise Demonstrate strong optimization skills to improve campaign performance and unlock incremental growth Deliver a high‑quality end‑to‑end customer experience across planning, activation, and optimization Educate customers on best practices across objectives, formats, and funnel stages Execute with Sales Excellence Effectively plan and prioritize across a high‑volume book of business using data and performance signals Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline Meet or exceed defined business KPIs with minimal day‑to‑day oversight Collaborate & Grow Partner closely with cross‑functional teams (e.g. Solutions, Customer Success, Operations) to drive client success Share best practices and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture Embrace feedback, learning, and continuous development Qualifications Basic Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in a quota‑carrying sales role 3+ years’ experience in client‑facing roles managing customer relationships 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, media sales, or account management Business fluency in English Preferred Qualifications Experience selling into the UK & Irish market Proven ability to grow existing customers through value‑based selling and optimization Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and performance metrics Experience managing a high‑volume portfolio in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable working with ambiguity and competing priorities Experience using CRM systems for pipeline and forecast management Suggested Skills: Prioritization & Time Management Communication & Presentation Skills Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Strategic Planning and Execution Stakeholder Management Additional Information Global Data Privacy Notice for Job Candidates ​ Please follow this link to access the document that provides transparency around the way in which LinkedIn handles personal data of employees and job applicants: https://legal.linkedin.com/candidate-portal.
