Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Executive at Next, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into new customers. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. This includes engaging with decision-makers, identifying customer needs, demonstrating the value of our solutions, and negotiating agreements. You will work closely with the SDR team, marketing, and customer success to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and drive the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Conduct sales meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their business challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Collaborate with SDRs to qualify and manage leads effectively.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer success to optimise the customer journey.
