The opportunity Join Unity’s fast-growing advertising business in Korea, working across multiple Unity ad platforms. This role supports mobile app advertisers and developers by accelerating user acquisition and maximizing advertising monetization through Unity’s differentiated ad solutions. This strategic position requires a deep understanding of client needs, the ability to build strong relationships, and a proven track record of driving campaign performance. Over time, you will provide consultative value, help shape go-to-market strategies, and contribute to expanding Unity’s footprint in the mobile adtech space. As a dedicated sales hire based in Korea, you will play a key role in building and scaling the local sales function, with a unique opportunity for career growth within a global technology company. What you'll be doing Drive new business and manage the full sales cycle for Unity’s advertising solutions Build, maintain, and grow client relationships while providing strategic guidance on user acquisition and monetization Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., product, marketing, legal, operations) to deliver tailored proposals and solutions Analyze campaign data and key performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities Contribute to local go-to-market strategy as the dedicated sales representative in Korea What we're looking for Background in AdTech or mobile marketing (experience in user acquisition, monetization, DSPs, and MMPs is preferred) Proven sales ability to manage pipelines, identify growth opportunities, and close deals Business-level English with strong cross-functional communication skills Analytical and performance-driven, with the ability to interpret and leverage data Experience in client-facing roles and working effectively in multi-stakeholder environments You might also have Existing client connection is a plus Multilingual language skills Additional information Relocation support is not available for this position Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Life at Unity We offer a wide range of benefits designed to support employees' well-being and work-life balance.
