Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Executive, you’ll help us define, build, and refine our sales cycle as we grow. As an early stage startup, we’re heavily focused on the top of the funnel to make sure we’re building a sustainable pipeline. We have a rapidly growing OSS community, which is the beginning of the PLG motion for our product, mirrord. Our current pipeline has come from a healthy mix of inbound, targeted outbound, and PLG upsell. You will have 3rd party outbound support until we hire an SDR team, and will have the opportunity to collaborate with them as you would with an internal SDR.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to close.
  • Maintain accounts post close, driving upsell and renewal retention
  • Keep clean account notes and forecasts, and leverage strong task management skills to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Manage inbound as well as outbound leads, qualifying/disqualifying prospects early
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine and scale our sales processes
  • Consistently exceed Annual sales targets through focused, high-quality execution
