irth Solutions, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions that improves the resiliency of critical infrastructure, including its flagship 811 ticket management system “UtiliSphere”, is hiring an Account Executive with demonstrated success growing existing Solutions within the Utility, Telecom, and Energy space. Our solutions protect millions of consumers and billions of dollars in infrastructure for some of the most recognizable brands in the IOU, Telecom, and Energy business. This role will be a hybrid position, with the expectation to retain and grow a book of named accounts. The candidate should be passionate, extremely driven, and possess a consultative sales DNA. This type of salesperson possesses the natural ability to engage clients and uncover new opportunities. The role will require a comfort level in a variety of settings, ranging from finding upsell opportunities with current users, to conveying the value of the UtiliSphere platform to an executive audience. Experience in enterprise SaaS selling is a must, with specific domain experience in GIS, Work Management, and Field Software being a bonus. Expectations and Responsibilities: Develop strategic attack plans for named accounts Cultivate relationships as a trusted advisor with current customers Leverage plans to reliably meet and exceed quota Create strong pipeline and accurately forecast revenue on a quarterly basis Understand the competitive landscape and position irth UtiliSphere as the market leader Deliver succinct and confident messaging to uncover client needs and pain points Ability to demonstrate technical aptitude through mastering and differentiating our solutions and features Apply our solutions and features to resolve a customer's challenges and streamline their workflows Provide product and customer feedback to Product team Maintain operational and Salesforce hygiene Participate in required business events, conferences, trade shows and seminars Ability to travel as needed in a post-COVID world, up to 30%. Firm grasp of the Utility, Telecom and Energy industry landscape with a proven track record of success. Familiarity with the Damage Prevention industry a strong plus Preference for a candidate who has spent time as a customer, working for a reputable Utility, Telecom, or Pipeline company 3+ years’ experience in a client facing enterprise sales role in the Utility, Telecom, or Energy space Selling into SaaS technology experience required High technical aptitude and analytical thinking Understanding of major technology systems and trends including: Machine Learning/AI, Asset Management, Work Order Management, ERP, Data Analytics, and GIS Systems Proven success growing business in a territory including introducing new solutions and increasing adoption rates of existing solutions Consistently demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, both internally and externally Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in a technology field Highly competitive salary Generous medical, dental, & vision insurance coverage 401k + company match Unlimited PTO policy 8 company-paid holidays
