In 2024, we doubled our client base. We are currently looking for an Account Executive to help grow our advisor network in British Columbia and manage full-cycle sales for employer opportunities. This is a fully remote role with some travel required.

KEY EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–4 years in client-facing roles such as sales, customer success, consulting, or partnerships.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales or partner pipeline, prioritize effectively, and deliver against targets.
  • Experience presenting to senior decision-makers (e.g., business owners, HR leaders).
  • Comfort working in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and accountability.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Nice to have: Background in group benefits, retirement services, or financial services.
Responsibilities
  • Employer Sales (70%)
  • Work closely with senior sales team members to advance deals with employers - from discovery and demos to proposals, contracting, and plan launch.
  • Support active opportunities from existing advisor relationships, ensuring a smooth path to plan kickoff.
  • Advisor Network Growth (30%)
  • Identify and build relationships with new advisors in your territory.
  • Participate in events and campaigns to strengthen advisor engagement.
