We’re hiring an Account Executive to join a boutique HR technology consultancy transforming how enterprise organisations select, implement and optimise digital HR systems.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As an Account Executive, you’ll be a key force in driving lead generation, managing outreach, and collaborating closely with partner sales teams and internal consultants. You’ll also have a seat at the table in shaping go-to-market initiatives and marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • LEAD GENERATION & QUALIFICATION:Proactively identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients using Brevo, Apollo, and PipeDrive CRM tools.
  • PARTNER COLLABORATION:Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) from leading HR tech vendors (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, HiBob, Eightfold) to target accounts, create joint campaigns, and execute lead generation strategies.
  • SALES DEVELOPMENT:Create and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover to the consultancy team for deeper engagement.
  • MARKETING SUPPORT:Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategies and campaigns, aligning with overall business development efforts.
  • LINKEDIN MANAGEMENT:Support the in-house marketing team by managing and growing the company’s LinkedIn presence through regular posting, campaign execution, and professional networking.
  • CAMPAIGN EXECUTION:Help plan and execute joint marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, and content campaigns, both independently and with partners.
  • EVENTS REPRESENTATION:Host and represent the consultancy at industry events, conferences, and partner functions, actively engaging with prospects to build relationships and promote brand awareness.
  • REPORTING & INSIGHTS:Keep accurate records of prospecting activities and pipeline development in PipeDrive, and provide regular performance updates to leadership
