Job Description We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Executive to support our growth across the UK & Ireland. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue within the independent retail sector. You will work closely with internal teams and key partners to deliver against our strategic objectives. You will be focused on selling our services into independent retailers and small retail groups within Ireland. You will support the Sales team in our Key Account Strategies across Ireland You will forge excellent relationships with our key partners, working closely with their Business Development teams to achieve our business objectives across the UK & Ireland You will work closely with our Sales Support Administrator in managing your Sales pipeline end-to-end, from prospect to close and handover to our Customer Success Team You will upsell our products and services to existing customers Set up meetings with business development representatives to negotiate/close deals National travel within Ireland is required with occasional travel to the UK Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on our products and services Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and/or conferences Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Qualifications Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Account Management role Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience selling into the retail sector (independent retailers or small groups preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close Highly organised with strong pipeline and time management skills Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel across Ireland and occasionally to the UK Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Additional Information We innovate.
