Account Executive - WBS "WBS" refers to Whistleblowing Systems, the means by which whistleblowers are able convey information about indications of violations that occur within a company or organization (fraud, discrimination or other irregularities) and supports the principle of fairness in the relationship between the Company and Stakeholders The Account Executive - WBS Operator is responsible for managing and operating all communication channels configured in clients’ accounts. This role includes receiving and processing incoming reports, maintaining effective communication with whistleblowers, drafting comprehensive reports, managing client accounts and systems, and actively contributing to WBS research and development initiatives. Job Responsibilities 1. Handling whistleblower reports via WBS channels Receiving disclosures via many whistleblowing channels: telephone, email, mail, mobile application, online site, WA, SMS, and other kinds of text messages. Communicating with whistleblowers to obtain details of the case, evidence, and acting as an intermediary between clients and whistleblowers. When necessary, classify disclosures based on categories. 2. Documenting reports/allegations/feedback in relevant reporting templates and online system Handling reception and answering based on standard operating procedures. Recording external disclosures on the whistleblowing platform. In some cases, inputting disclosures into internal reports. 3. Drafting weekly and monthly activity reports of WBS systems for clients Compiling disclosures from all channels for each client on a periodic base Drafting periodic reports for clients according to each client’s report format 4. Assistance to WBS Supervisor Participating in whistleblowing development activities Providing administrative support Ad-hoc assignments Job Requirements Bachelor Degree qualified in communication, law, or criminology - or related fields Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role Experience in using Microsoft Office and analysis Minimum Upper-intermediate English language skills, both written and oral Autonomous and able to work without close supervision Experience in writing reports, serving customers and case problem-solving will be an advantage Hands-on experience in communication and interviewing Adept at telephone discussions with clients, handling email, and WhatsApp messaging Good knowledge of anti-fraud, anti-bribery actions related to ethics or ISO 37001 will be an advantage If you meet these requirements and if you are looking for a new, exciting opportunity within a successful, growing company, then this role is for you!
