Description

Are you looking to be part of a mission-driven, fast-growing tech company? ClearEstate is redefining estate planning and settlement with cutting-edge technology and compassionate support. We’re looking for driven individuals who want to make a real difference in people’s lives during life’s most important moments. Join us in transforming how families across North America navigate the estate process—with clarity, confidence, and care.
ClearEstate’s mission is to provide compassionate guidance in life’s most important moments. We empower families and executors with a transparent, tech-enabled approach to estate planning and settlement—offering clarity, confidence, and support every step of the way.
ClearEstate respects individual differences and guarantees equal opportunities and inclusion. Therefore, all applications are treated equally and recruitment is based solely on skills and experience. Accessibility accommodations offered upon request.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Sales Team Lead, this person will play a key role in expanding ClearEstate’s presence in the Québec market. The selected candidate will own the sales process and work in close partnership with our legal experts at Cain Lamarre (notaries and tax specialists) during joint consultations with families. Cain Lamarre provides all technical expertise, allowing the Account Executive to focus entirely on client relationships, needs assessment, and guiding families toward the appropriate estate solutions.
This role blends direct-to-family sales with partnership development. Working closely with our Partnerships team, you’ll help build strong relationships with wealth advisors to generate a steady stream of qualified referrals.

Responsibilities
  • You’ll play a meaningful role in helping families during a pivotal time, while contributing to the growth of ClearEstate.
  • Expertly lead discovery and consultation calls with empathy and clarity, identifying client needs and recommending appropriate estate solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle in both direct-to-consumer and referred-lead contexts, from first contact to closing.
  • Build tailored, complex service proposals independently.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve our service offering and refine messaging based on client feedback.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of estate planning and settlement, adapting to jurisdictional nuances across Canada and the US.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the sales process through feedback, data, and collaboration.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and manage pipeline efficiently.
  • Maintain consultation availabilities Monday-Thursday 12pm to 8pm EST and Friday 9am to 5pm EST.
