You’ll step into an energising role where you’ll work closely with Relationship Managers to help nurture and grow commercial client relationships. You’ll support a wide mix of customers, diving into credit submissions, financial analysis, deal structuring and spotting opportunities that help businesses thrive. This full-time role is based in Bankstown on Dharug Country, and you’ll be at the heart of supporting our commercial banking clients every day. You’ll get the chance to collaborate across teams, strengthen customer connections and make a meaningful impact as you help assess financial health, identify potential risks and keep customers’ needs front and centre. No two days look the same and you’ll be part of a team that backs you to learn, grow and take ownership of your work. What do I need? • Sound financial know how ideally grounded in accounting principles. • Strong analytical capability including financial statements, cash flow and risk analysis. • An ability to build genuine relationships and communicate with confidence. • A collaborative mindset with a passion for working as part of a team. • A willingness to learn, stay curious and approach challenges with an open mind.
