AE (Mid-Market) | US Hours | Israel WINN.AI is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup developing a real-time AI assistant for revenue leaders and sales teams during virtual meetings. We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced, self-driven AE to join us in Israel and work US hours. This is a key role in driving the company’s growth, with full ownership of the sales cycle end-to-end, including independently sourcing approximately 30–40% of your pipeline, while managing inbound and marketing-generated opportunities for the remainder. The role has a strong focus on outbound prospecting, managing long and complex sales cycles, and selling to mid-market B2B SaaS customers in the US market. The Role As an AE at WINN.AI, you will be responsible for building and owning your pipeline, running consultative sales processes, and closing meaningful deals with multiple stakeholders. What You’ll Do • Own the full sales cycle • Build pipeline through strategic, targeted outbound activities, self-sourcing ~30–40% of total pipeline • Manage long, value-driven sales cycles with mid-market customers • Engage with multiple decision-makers and senior stakeholders • Work daily with modern Sales Tech tools (CRM, Sales Engagement, AI tools) • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams • Share insights from the field to help shape messaging and go-to-market strategy You’ll Be a Great Fit If You • Have 3+ years of experience as an AE in B2B SaaS • Bring proven experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation • Are comfortable managing long, consultative sales cycles • Have sold to mid-market customers with multiple stakeholders • Are fluent in English (written and spoken) • Have a strong hunter mentality, high ownership, and a drive to win • Are comfortable working US hours • Have affinity for sales tools, productivity platforms, and AI Requirements null
