We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Revenue Team. As an Account Executive at Workable, you’ll be at the forefront of helping growing businesses transform how they hire and manage their people. You’ll connect with companies who are ready to scale smarter, introducing them to our all-in-one HR suite — from finding the right talent with Workable Recruiting to streamlining employee management with Workable HR. Responsibilities Contribute to Workable's growth directly by hitting (and exceeding!) new business targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. You will be selling Workable to clients in diverse industries and speaking to a wide range of customer personas, from recruiters to HR Directors to C-level executives. You will also be responsible for generating a minimum of 12.5% of your revenue from outbound activities, including nurturing closed lost pipelines and cold outreach to targeted accounts. Learn more about prospects, understand their goals, and present product demonstrations of our software via screen share. Identify key decision-makers and map out the plan to close the deal. Manage the entire sales process, including negotiating pricing, helping to build a business case, and guiding the prospect through their internal procurement, security process, and legal. Maintain an accurate pipeline for company-wide forecasting. Use your natural curiosity, communication skills, and ambition to improve the performance of yourself and the team.
