At WTW, we’re seeking an Account Executive who will be at the forefront of delivering tailored workers’ compensation solutions. In this role, you’ll manage key client programmes, provide strategic advice on claims and premiums, and help organisations navigate the complexities of workers’ compensation across Australia. If you thrive on building client relationships, driving results, and shaping the future of workers’ compensation, we want to hear from you.   The Role * Manage clients’ workplace risk programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services * Providing Outsourced Return to Work support services for a range of clients * Maintaining comprehensive client data and updating accordingly * Producing analytical written reports for clients * Completing premium renewals and policy placement of national workers’ compensation insurance * Undertaking premium forecasting * Maximising the revenue generated from the existing client base by continual analysis of client profitability and maximisation of group functions * Support WTW to seek and secure new business opportunities through cross selling of broader WTW service offerings * Adhering to all compliance and business processes
