ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (BRIDGE LOANS) AT YOULAND

YouLand is a driving force in the growth and success of real
estate investors nationwide. Specializing in financing non-owner occupied residential investment properties.
We are rapidly expanding and seeking dynamic team members for our sales team. We are looking for individuals passionate about real estate and dedicated to fostering strategic relationships within the real estate investor community. Successful Account Executives should possess mortgage experience, preferably in fix & flip or short-term bridge financing.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales
  • experience, preferably in mortgage origination, ideally in private/hardmoney lending.
  • College degree strongly

preferred.disciplined.communication skills.negotiation skills, both over the phone and in person.abilities.

  • NMLS license preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
