QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3+ years in a sales or account management role
  • Experience in operations is a plus
  • Experience in retail or supermarkets—particularly in non-food category management or formula management—is a strong plus
  • Some experience managing people or leading cross-functional projects is a plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in logistics or e-commerce is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable using tools like Salesforce (preferred) and Excel/Sheets.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Manager in our Network team, you will play a critical role in expanding and optimizing our last-mile delivery operations across key markets. You will be responsible for growing our network through strategic partnerships with high-volume accounts (such as H&M and Albert Heijn), while ensuring operational excellence and financial efficiency. This role requires a proactive, people-oriented leader with a strong sales background and a deep understanding of how commercial decisions impact day-to-day operations.
An interest in logistics and the inner workings of supply chains will help you thrive in this role, as you’ll be closely involved in shaping how goods move efficiently from our partners to their customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSALES & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Build and manage relationships with strategic network partners and large retail clients.
  • Drive commercial discussions and negotiate terms to support sustainable network growth.
  • Represent Instabee externally to promote our value proposition to key stakeholders.
