YOUR SKILLS

  • 2+ years of B2B account management or tech sales experience, with a demonstrable history of meeting quotas, preventing churn, growing accounts, and driving upsells and expansions.
  • Exposure to Construction, Construction Tech, GIS, Surveying, or a related industry (e.g., UAVs, geospatial technologies, or visualization platforms).
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • You excel at showcasing product value in relatable terms, communicating confidently, and negotiating effectively. You’re naturally skilled at handling tough conversations, overcoming objections, and re-educating customers.

Bonus points for

  • Experience working with channel partners.
  • Experience working for a SaaS company.
  • Knowledge or experience in:
  • UAVs and visualization platforms.
  • A remote pilot license.
