Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Account Growth Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their success with SaleCycle’s solutions while identifying and capitalising on upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role focuses on client retention, satisfaction, and growing revenue within the existing customer base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Conduct regular cadence with customers to ensure proximity.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and
  • challenges.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth; own the full sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Develop customised account plans to align SaleCycle’s solutions with client goals to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Ensure successful renewal of client contracts by delivering exceptional service and value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide clients with insights on industry trends, product updates, and best practices.
  • Monitor account health and prepare performance reports to track success metrics.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market trends to position SaleCycle as a strategic partner.
