Accelerate your career in this Account Handler role within our Automotive team to help turn complex risks into confident solutions that keep our clients, and their businesses, moving forward. Based within our Retford office, you will have easily accessible transport links close by and plenty of on-site parking too! What you’ll be doing: Develop and place appropriate, profitable insurance solutions while maintaining accurate policy and client information. Deliver high-quality client service and advice, keeping clients informed and ensuring suitable cover at competitive premiums. Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues, identifying growth opportunities and resolving queries efficiently. What we’re looking for: Solid experience in the UK insurance market, with General Commercial and Corporate Motor Trade being particularly essential. A strong awareness of regulation, compliance and Acturis usage are must-haves. Proven track record in client service and administration, with excellent accuracy, attention to detail, negotiation, communication and teamwork skills. Well-organised, good time management, and confident using MS Office and internal systems to support efficient client service delivery.
