Job Summary Newmark is seeking a qualified individual to lead engineering operations for a prestigious national Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) account spanning the U.S. and Canada based in Westport, CT. This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on technical authority — BMS escalation response, shutdown oversight, and vendor coordination — with portfolio-wide accountability and direct, day-to-day engagement with the Client. The Account Lead Engineer acts as the single point of contact and technical lead for the account, driving consistent operational standards, reliability, and proactive communication across every site in the portfolio. Reliability of critical building services is essential, deep proficiency with BMS systems is required, and the role demands the judgment and presence to represent Newmark directly to the Client. Must have reliable transportation, be available for after-hours emergency calls, and able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering operations for a national Integrated Facilities Management account across the U.S. and Canada. Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, ensuring operational standards and reliability of critical building services.
