An Account Lead is a senior member of the Customer Management team responsible for the direction and execution of key account(s). Responsible for understanding and articulating the customer’s needs; they ensure the team provide high quality outputs leading to account stability and growth. They are responsible for the financial management of the account(s) and delivering against revenue targets.
The Customer Management team are responsible for the delivery of projects for our customers. The Account Lead ensures projects exceed customer expectations and are delivered to budget.
The Account Lead reports to the senior management team including the CEO and Medical Director.
