DEIN GESTALTUNGSSPIELRAUM In der Abteilung Kundenbetreuung Süd in unserer Niederlassung in Kirchheim/Teck bei Stuttgart bist du erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Kunden und damit mitverantwortlich für eine optimale Customer Experience. Dabei wirkst du auch an der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Kundenzufriedenheit mit. Zu deinen weiteren Aufgaben zählen: Als Schnittstelle zu anderen Fachabteilungen verfolgst du das Ziel, die Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Du verantwortest die Anlage und Pflege unserer kundenspezifischen Konditionen und Verträge. Zudem unterstützt du unsere Kunden im Tagesgeschäft – von der Organisation über Vertragsanpassungen bis hin zu Problemlösungen. Dein Team unterstützt du durch die Pflege der e-Tools und begleitest unsere Kunden und Fahrer bei der Nutzung unserer Online-Tools. Außerdem bist du mitverantwortlich für die Umsetzung der jeweils aktuellen Strategie für die Kundenbetreuung.
