Job Type: Full-time, Temporary
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Pay: $21 an hour

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Coordinator, Account Management to join our team. This role serves as a key liaison between our customers and internal departments, supporting managed care processes and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple customer interactions across various communication channels.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in managed care, reimbursement, or in-store pharmacy settings preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for managed care services
  • Monitor and route intake forms efficiently
  • Conduct customer outreach via email, phone, live chat, and intake forms
  • Manage 10–15 active customer cases simultaneously
  • Answer 15–20 incoming calls daily from pharmacies and sales representatives
  • Represent managed care during conference calls with pharmacy chains and buying groups
  • Participate actively in daily team huddles and cross-departmental meetings
