Job Description BryceTech is looking for a Acq Mngt/ DAG (SME) to provide all aspects of advisory & assistance services (A&AS) to the Director Action Group within a major defense acquisition program. This role involves mission critical support to acquisition of DoD space, launch, and ground support capabilities including both the administrative support of the DAG and leveraging expertise to provide recommendations and insight into acquisition programs. The ideal candidate will have experience with DoD acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), facilitating action groups, and understanding the complex aspects of space acquisition. Key responsibilities include: Facilitate Director Action Group providing meeting materials, capturing actions, and coordinating with participants for planning, execution, and follow up Review products for content, completeness, adherence to style guides, and technical editing Manage, track, and audit program data in Air Force Records Management and Defense Travel System Maintain program tracker for program correspondence, actions, and RFIs Support administrative staff including training, providing feedback, and coordinating across staff with varying skills and experiences to ensure delivery of products Coordinate and facilitate communications across a geographically diverse team. Qualifications Educational Requirements: MA/MS in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Statistics REQUIRED Experience Requirements: At least 15 years providing relevant services to DoD office, including in support of space systems Includes recent experience supporting USAF or USSF program offices Understanding of mission critical aspects of space acquisition Experienced with Air Force records management system Experienced with Defense Travel System Demonstrated ability to provide clear and accurate information to clients, external stakeholders, and contract staff Demonstrated knowledge of headquarters, Air Force, and Space Force processes, procedures, and functions and a clear ability to communicate these DESIRED Experience Requirements: Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI Additional Information Employment is contingent upon contract award.
