Description
Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Governance Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of data center projects. Establish program governance frameworks, stage-gates, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence. Drive standardized project management processes across multiple sites. Lead executive reviews and steering committee meetings. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as primary escalation point for hyperscale / colocation clients. Manage senior-level relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and OEMs. Align technical scope, commercial terms, and delivery milestones. Support contract negotiations and change management. Schedule, Cost & Risk Control Develop and manage integrated master schedules (IMS) across projects. Oversee cost controls, forecasting, cash flow, and earned-value analysis. Identify program-level risks and mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory approvals. Technical Oversight (Power & Cooling Focus) Provide governance on critical infrastructure systems: HV / MV substations (220 kV / 132 kV / 33 kV) UPS systems and battery energy storage Diesel generators and fuel systems Chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC, liquid cooling BMS, EPMS, DCIM, controls Ensure compliance with Uptime Institute / TIA-942 / local codes. Drive design standardization and modularization strategies. Construction & Commissioning Oversee construction sequencing and site readiness across locations. Ensure integrated testing, IST, and Level 3–5 commissioning. Drive Safety-First culture and zero-incident programs. Ensure handover to operations teams. Commercial & Vendor Management Lead vendor strategy and framework agreements. Drive procurement schedules for long-lead equipment. Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution. Support business development and proposals for new programs. Team Leadership Lead regional project managers, construction managers, and commissioning leads. Build capability in program controls, scheduling, and risk management. Mentor high-performing delivery teams.
