Mercury Systems is looking for a top performer to help complete a variety of tasks relating to production operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate professionalism, leadership and initiative in your daily activities, with excellent inter-personal and communication skills both oral and written. This is a 2nd shift opportunity, daily hours will be from 2:30pm to 12:00am and overtime is available and encouraged.
JOB SUMMARY:
The “Account Management Dir, Compute|Secure Sales” position is responsible for creating and sustaining new design wins, bookings and revenues for the specific geographical region for Mercury’s Compute|Secure Business Unit. Bookings will be driven directly, through Strategic Accounts and third-party channels. The successful candidate will be a team-oriented player who can sell solutions and still execute tactical goals. The Account Management Director will be able to upsell and create interest for other Mercury products and solutions. A background in electronics such as Electronic Warfare, Radar Ops, Fire Controlman, or similar training would lend preference for this role.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 Year Degree or equivalent from a credited Institution.
- Typically requires a minimum of 10 yrs. outside sales experience & a demonstrated track record of successful sales performance.
- Candidate must also have experience in solution selling, direct and indirect through channel partners.
- The ideal candidate will not only have a deep understanding of rugged embedded EDGE computer processing solutions but also have an affinity for Secure computing.
- Demonstrated excellence in driving positive change and to communicate the compelling need for change/improvement with management and staff.
- Demonstrated competencies in structuring sales targets, revenue expectations, establishing contracts and skilled in negotiations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Federal government sales experience is a plus.
- Salesforce CRM system experience is a plus.
- Ability to work out of our Chantilly, VA, Andover, MA or Hudson, NH site is a plus.
Full-Time Equivalent Salary Range: $135,000 - $243, 900 for an Expert/Director at Remote USA. The disclosed salary range is a general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level at the location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible employees.
