Description

The Account Management Director is responsible for leading, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while working closely to identify client needs. This role is also responsible for developing strategies to grow client base and ensure that quality, cost-effective services are being provided

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7+ years of services or product sales experience in the specified geographic market sector

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in sales of integration or added-value services in an IT environment

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent command of English, oral and written language
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Willingness to learn new technology

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Represent the KORE brand in a professional high integrity manner at all times
  • Manage a set of strategic customer accounts, helping them throughout the life cycle and assist in growing their business to increase subsequent device activations on the KORE Network
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to maximize sales opportunities for all KORE service offerings across allocated geographic locations
  • Establish and sustain commercial relationships in line with KORE values
  • Ensure that all prospects’ technical and commercial requirements are fully understood and communicated internally using established communication protocols including lead management leading management via SalesForce.com
  • Meet specific performance targets including calls, executed NDAs, lead follow-up and qualification, create and manage marketing campaigns, and communicate such activity
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships across KORE and in particular the KORE Territory Sales Management, Business Development, and Direct Sales Teams
  • Understand and concisely articulate market position and value proposition of KORE and execute on a strategy that works to set KORE apart in the competitive landscape
