Description

Key accountabilities

  • Promote and sell the ELITE Partnership to prospect advisers (banks, corporate finance boutiques, strategic advisors, law firms, auditors)
  • Actively promote the interaction of Partners with the community of ELITE companies
  • Setup and organize co-marketing activities with clients
  • Work in close coordination with the Sales and Relationship Management Team to facilitate matching and introductions between our companies and partners
  • Collect and update structured information and data on the managed clients
  • Strategic commercial development: support the development and execution of an effective commercial plan to generate new business and deepen strategic relationships
  • Relationship management: support tactical and strategic contacts at the management level through client networks and other channels
  • Client success: ensure that the service is successfully delivered to the client and communicate with the client to fix potential issues. Identify cross-selling possibilities
  • Integrated and comprehensive value proposition: interact with internal stakeholders to ensure and contribute to the constant development of the value proposition offered to our clients in line with their requirements

Your profile

  • 2-4 years experience in a client facing role, business development, sales support or product management role
  • Good knowledge of the financials services industry
  • Excellent client facing skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the client’s organization.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness
  • Ability to work under pressure both in team and independently, assuming responsibility for project deliverables
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills, an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.
  • Rigorous project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, provide clear business input into functional requirements.
  • Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer oriented and numbers-driven approach to work.
  • Fluent business English, any other European language is considered a plus
