We’re currently hiring for an Entry Level Manager Trainee to join our team and fast-track their growth into a leadership position. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, people-oriented, and excited to kickstart a career in sales and management. You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of customer acquisition and retail sales before advancing into a leadership role where you’ll train and mentor others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with customers in a retail setting to promote products and services
• Learn and apply effective sales strategies to meet daily and weekly goals
• Provide top-tier customer service and address inquiries or concerns with professionalism
• Participate in marketing promotions and assist with in-store campaigns
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business
• Work closely with team leads to improve sales tactics and performance
• Support and lead team members as you progress through training
