Reporting to the Account Management Team Lead (Restaurants) and Head of Account Management, ideal candidates should possess quick learning abilities, a high degree of comfort with learning proprietary software systems and a very keen eye for details. Core Activities Content Support and Optimization Work with foodpanda’s Account Management team to support on content updates for key brands. Work with foodpanda’s Shared Service Center to prioritize content issues based on day-to- day needs. Commercial Analysis Conduct thorough, insightful and skilfully presented deep-dives into specific business topics and trends Work closely with teams in the Account Management department to understand business challenges and recommend solutions across the various projects. Monitoring project KPIs, building and managing project dashboard to help evolve and define project vision and growing projects within budget and within scope Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis Operations Work with foodpanda’s Account Management team to evaluate partner operational compliance. Utilize data to streamline partner classifications for relevance. General Support As part of your exciting start-up adventure, expect to be given opportunities to participate in the execution of high-impact commercial activities. Qualifications A keen sense for customer behaviour, and how content quality affects purchasing decisions. Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, data oriented, and knowledge of analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Python) Exhibits the competencies: Drive for results, action-oriented, problem solving & analytical thinking Some experience with eCommerce operations is preferred, but anyone with a passion for eCommerce is more than welcome to apply. Job ownership is an important part of our company culture, thus structure and discipline are optimal traits in the ideal hire. Experience with presentation software (Powerpoint, Prezi etc.) and Excel would be a plus.
Responsibilities
